Refund Policy
Effective May 31, 2026
This Refund Policy describes the circumstances under which Simplyyy Systems ('Simplyyy', 'we', 'us', or 'our') offers refunds. It applies to all digital products, downloads, templates, and custom work purchased from Simplyyy. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out below. This Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service.
1. General Position on Refunds
Simplyyy sells digital products. Once a product file has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded, the value cannot be returned and the product cannot be revoked. All sales of digital products are therefore final and non-refundable.
This Policy does not affect any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction. Where such rights apply, this Policy is read subject to those rights.
2. Our Commitment to Resolution
Although refunds are not offered as a default remedy, we are committed to ensuring that every customer receives a working, fit-for-purpose product. If you experience an issue with a product you have purchased, we will work with you in good faith to provide a practical solution. Available remedies may include:
- Technical support and troubleshooting at no additional cost.
- Replacement files or an updated version of the product, where applicable.
- A reasonable workaround or alternative configuration to address the issue.
- A goodwill credit toward a future purchase, at our discretion.
To request support, contact support@simplyyy.digital within thirty (30) days of purchase with your order reference and a clear description of the issue.
3. Custom Work and Customizations
Custom work, customizations, and bespoke modifications are quoted separately based on an agreed scope of work. The following terms apply:
3.1 Scope review and quoting
All customization requests are subject to a scope review. Where the requested work materially exceeds the original scope, complexity, or estimated effort, Simplyyy reserves the right to revise the quote and timeline before proceeding. No work outside the agreed scope is undertaken without prior written approval from the client.
3.2 Deposits
Where a deposit is collected for custom work, the deposit is fully refundable up until work on the engagement commences. Once work has commenced, the deposit becomes non-refundable, regardless of subsequent cancellation by the client. For purposes of this Policy, work is deemed to have commenced when Simplyyy has performed any discovery, design, configuration, or development activity on the engagement.
3.3 Cancellation after commencement
If a custom engagement is cancelled by the client after work has commenced, any amounts paid to date are non-refundable and represent compensation for work performed up to the cancellation date. Any unbilled work-in-progress as of the cancellation date will be invoiced at the agreed rate.
3.4 Final acceptance
Custom deliverables are deemed accepted upon the earlier of (a) the client's written acceptance, or (b) seven (7) calendar days after delivery without written objection identifying a defect against the agreed scope.
4. Exceptions and Discretionary Refunds
In rare cases, Simplyyy may, at its sole discretion, issue a partial or full refund where: (a) a product is materially defective and cannot be remediated; (b) the wrong product was delivered and the correct product cannot be supplied; or (c) a duplicate or erroneous charge has been verified. Any such refund is issued as an act of good faith and does not constitute a waiver of this Policy in respect of any other order.
5. Chargebacks
If you have a billing or product concern, please contact us first so we can resolve the matter directly. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Simplyyy may result in suspension of access to purchased products and to future Services pending resolution.
6. How to Request a Resolution
To request support, a replacement, or a discretionary refund, email support@simplyyy.digital with:
- Your order reference or proof of purchase.
- The product name and date of purchase.
- A clear description of the issue, including screenshots or files where helpful.
We aim to acknowledge support requests within two (2) business days.
7. Changes to This Policy
Simplyyy may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the effective date above. The Policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
